What we are covering How strangers find you. Why a hook is not a caption, why one format repeated beats five formats tried once, and what to post when you have nothing new to say. Why people who like you still do not pay you. What your offer is actually missing, how to price it without flinching, and what to say instead of waiting to be asked. How one customer becomes three. Following up without doing it all by hand, and the free tools that run the parts of your business you keep forgetting. Almost every business that feels stuck has one of the three broken, and is quietly working on the wrong one. You are going to work, not watch There is a worksheet at your seat and we stop three times to fill it in. By 7:30 you will have written, in your own hand: What you actually sell Who buys it, specifically What it costs, and why that number Your business in one sentence The ask, and how they pay you Your first hook, ready to post Bring a pen, your phone with your page open, your prices if you have them, and a laptop if you would rather type than write. Optional, and they will go Thirty-five appointments, five minutes each. Three edited images. Sessions start at 3:00. For a lot of the women in that room it will be the first proper photograph they have ever had taken for their business. You will use it for the next two years. It is entirely optional and the masterclass is free either way. Register first. Once you are registered I will email you the booking link so you can choose your own appointment time and pay for it. Sunday 27 September Honest qualification You do not need a registered business, a website, a logo, or a single customer. Several women in that room will be starting from exactly nothing, and they will not be the ones who get the least out of it. I am Hallie. I run HB Agency Group here in Grenada, and I have spent ten years in brand, marketing and sales, including recovering EC$175,000 in marketing claims for YUM! Brands, winning a national business simulation at St George's University, and representing Grenada at an international business challenge in Poland. I currently run four ventures across the Caribbean. That is exactly why this afternoon is built around systems instead of hustle. Nobody has time for hustle. Her Playbook is the first thing I have ever taught publicly. It is the version of the plan I wish somebody had handed me ten years ago, and I am teaching it here first because this is home. Three scholarships Not against each other. Every point on the board comes from doing your own work on your own business, which is what you came to do anyway. You earn points for the women you bring who actually turn up, for arriving on time, for finishing both pages of your worksheet, for asking a question out loud, for reading your hook to the room, and for posting your own first hook before you leave. Scores are read out at 6:20. The top two win a scholarship seat in Run the Plays, my ninety-day programme, at EC$40 a month instead of EC$100. A third seat goes to the top of the board at the online session on the 30th. In exchange you agree to let me document your ninety days and use your results, so that your quarter becomes the proof that helps the next woman decide. Winning is an offer, never an obligation.
