Our Story

A woman wearing a crown, holding a bouquet of flowers, smiling, and dressed in a sash and evening gown on stage.

HB Agency Group was built from a simple instinct — to create opportunities.

Not just for businesses, but for people. For ideas. For regions that are often overlooked, misunderstood, or underestimated.

At its core, HB Agency exists to bridge gaps—between potential and access, between local insight and global opportunity, and between the Caribbean and the rest of the world.

With a foundation rooted in sales, strategy, and real-world experience, the focus has always been clear: growth that is intentional, sustainable, and impactful.

A large screen behind them displays an image of a woman in a black dress standing in a room with wooden furniture. The stage has a white backdrop and is set outdoors, with part of the audience visible in the foreground.

Hallie grew up in Thibaud, a small village in the Commonwealth of Dominica.

From a young age, she was exposed to more than just her immediate surroundings. By the age of three, she was already traveling throughout the Caribbean with her parents—experiencing different islands before she could fully understand them, quite literally in pull-ups.

What started as family travel quickly became something more…

As she got older, her curiosity deepened, turning into a genuine love for exploration. Travel became a constant—so much so that it evolved into a friendly competition between her and her mother over who could collect the most passport stamps.

But travel didn’t just create memories—it created perspective.

Through the X-Culture global business program, Hallie collaborated with teams across China, Turkey, India, and the United States, working across cultures, time zones, and ways of thinking. That experience led to her participation in the X-Culture Global Symposium in Lublin, Poland, where she connected with top-performing participants from around the world.

It was through these experiences—both regional and global—that something became clear: the Caribbean holds immense potential, but it is not always positioned, understood, or accessed in the way it should be.

At the same time, sustainability became part of her foundation early on. It wasn’t just an interest, but a platform—one that earned her recognition during her college pageant and continues to influence how she approaches business today.

Alongside this, her natural inclination toward business never left. From an early age, she was always looking for something to sell, something to build, a way to turn ideas into something real.

That combination—exposure, curiosity, and instinct—is what ultimately led to the creation of HB Agency Group.

What We Saw

The Caribbean is one of the most unique regions in the world.

Yet it is often misunderstood, overlooked, or reduced to only a few well-known destinations.

In many cases, even the difference between Dominica and the Dominican Republic is unclear to those outside the region.

At the same time, there is untapped opportunity:

  • in business

  • in infrastructure

  • in travel

  • in local growth

What We’re Building

HB Agency Group exists to bridge that gap.

We focus on three core areas:

Strategic Advisory
Helping brands enter and grow within the Caribbean market.

Innovation Partnerships
Introducing practical solutions, including Air-to-Water systems, to support infrastructure and sustainability across the region.

Curated Experiences
Designing travel experiences that allow people to explore the Caribbean with more depth and intention.

Why It Matters

The goal is not just growth.

It’s about building a more connected and self-sustaining Caribbean — where:

  • opportunities exist within the region

  • businesses can grow and compete globally

  • and the full Caribbean story is seen and understood

Not just a few islands.
All of them.
